*Overview* Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Korean-Speaking Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a home health agency, where your language skills and clinical expertise will make a meaningful difference in patient care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in diverse healthcare settings, providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care to Korean-speaking patients. You will be the vital link ensuring effective communication, accurate assessments, and personalized treatment plans. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional nursing services, this position is perfect for you! *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations, with a focus on culturally appropriate communication in Korean. * Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following strict protocols and safety standards. * Document patient care accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patients’ needs, including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory support. * Assist with diagnostic evaluations like phlebotomy, specimen collection/processing, catheterization, and wound suturing. * Provide patient education on health management topics such as pain management, medication administration, nutrition, and discharge planning in Korean. *Requirements* * Valid RN or LVN license with current certification to practice in the relevant state. * Fluency in Korean and English is essential for effective communication with patients and families. * Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. * Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring dementia/memory care is advantageous. * Ability to perform medical procedures including IV insertion/infusion, venipuncture, sterile technique, airway management, and tube feeding.
