Job Description
Busy home health agency in need of field RN with home health experience to perform start of care, recertification, discharge, resumption of care, and supervisory visits. * RN must be able to complete OASIS within 24 hours of visit * RN must have reliable form of transportation * Supplemental gas mileage will be paid outside of the 30-mile radius from homebase Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour License/Certification: * RN License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Placentia, CA (Required) Work Location: On the road
