Job Description
*Locations:* * Americade Home Health Agency is looking for Per-Diem Vietnamese speaking RNs to visit patients in their homes. Currently seeking coverage around Westminster / Garden Grove / Fountain Valley / Anahiem / Santa Ana and surrounding cities throughout Orange County *Duties* * Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to create care plans. * *We are specifically looking for Per-Diem RNs with IV experience that can complete Start of Care/Recertification/Resumption of Care/Discharge assessment OASIS* * Administer medications, injections & IV infusion therapy (experience required) * Creating treatment plans relevant to the patinet's contion with precision and adherence to safety protocols. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards while maintaining meticulous medical records and documentation. *Requirements* * Valid RN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards. * 1-3 year of experience in Home health/public health preferred * *Completion of OASIS- E2 documentation (required)* * *IV infusion therapy (experience required)* * *Vietnamese speaking REQUIRED* * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance * CPR/BLS certification * Background check and health clearance required Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Referral program Language: * Vietnamese (Preferred) Work Location: In person
