*Join Our Team!* Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to provide meaningful one-on-one care in a home setting? We are seeking a dedicated LVN to join our team for a consistent overnight case in Hawaiian Gardens. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong relationship with your patient while providing specialized care in a supportive environment. *Patient Overview* We are seeking a female LVN or RN for a home health case involving an ambulatory adult female patient. The patient has a tracheostomy and requires ventilator support. The patient is mobile and able to ambulate. A Spanish-speaking nurse is required for this case to ensure effective communication and quality care. *Responsibilities* * Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting * Monitor and manage tracheostomy and ventilator care * Perform routine patient assessments and monitoring * Follow the physician's plan of care * Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition * Maintain accurate and timely documentation * Complete electronic charting as required * Communicate effectively with the patient, family members, and clinical team * Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the shift *Qualifications* * Active California LVN * Current CPR certification * Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred * Spanish-speaking required * Strong assessment and clinical skills * Ability to work independently in a home setting * Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor *Schedule* * Night Shift: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday * Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM * Three shifts per week (36 hours) *Benefits* * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance * Referral program *Pay* Competitive hourly rate based on experience. *Work Location* * Hawaiian Gardens, CA * In-person home health setting Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Referral program * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
