Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Jun 23, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Observation Unit position in California, requiring a valid CA RN license and a minimum of 3 years of telemetry experience on a night shift schedule. Details Observation/Telemetry Unit within a hospital setting Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30 Some weekend availability required 13-week contract Requirements Active California (CA) RN license required Minimum 3 years of telemetry (tele) nursing experience required Current BLS certification required Additional Information Strict dress code policy is enforced: facial hair, acrylic nails, and unnatural hair colors are not permitted; tattoos must be covered at all times Visible body piercings, including facial or nose rings, are not allowed; earrings must not extend beyond the earlobe and hoop earrings are prohibited 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial application
