We are seeking a motivated and compassionate *Hospice Community Liaison / Marketer* to join our growing team. This role is ideal for experienced healthcare marketers looking to make an impact, as well as healthcare professionals (RNs, LVNs, MSWs) interested in transitioning into a community facing marketing role. *Key Responsibilities* * Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health agencies * Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase hospice referrals * Conduct community outreach, educational presentations, and in-services regarding hospice care and available services * Serve as a professional and compassionate representative of Five Star Home Hospice in the community * Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth and timely admissions *Qualifications* * Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development (hospice or home health experience strongly preferred) * Established relationships within the local healthcare community are a plus * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills * Licensed RN, LVN, or MSW candidates are encouraged to apply (licensure is not required) * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation *Benefits* * Competitive salary: *$75,000 – $120,000 per year (DOE)* * 401(k) * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Supportive leadership and a positive, collaborative work environment *Why Join Five Star Home Hospice?* At Five Star Home Hospice, we are more than a healthcare organization—we are a team of dedicated professionals committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones.
