Your role is essential in promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life. *Responsibilities* * Provide compassionate one-on-one support and supervision * Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: * Bathing * Dressing * Grooming * Toileting * Mobility assistance * Assist with meal preparation and feeding support as needed * Provide medication assistance according to care plans and company policies * Support individuals with community outings, appointments, and daily activities * Encourage independence, social engagement, and life-skills development * Perform light housekeeping related to the individual’s care and living environment * Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately and timely * Communicate professionally with supervisors, families, and care teams * Report behavioral, medical, or safety concerns promptly * Complete other assigned duties as needed *Qualifications* * Compassionate, patient, and dependable * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work professionally in a structured care environment * Comfortable supporting individuals with developmental, intellectual, behavioral, or physical disabilities * Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures * Must pass background clearance requirements * Prior caregiving or DSP experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Preferred Qualifications * CPR/First Aid Certification * DSP or caregiving experience * Experience working with behavioral support needs * Current TB & Physical * Valid California Driver’s License (if applicable) * Background clearance FBI/DOJ Schedule * 4-hour to 12-hour shifts available * Full-time and part-time opportunities * Weekend and overnight shifts may be available Apply Now We are actively hiring reliable and compassionate team members who want to grow with us and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
