*Floor Staff Caregiver – Assisted Living Facility* Agura Hills, California *Alexandria Home Care LLC *is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Floor Staff Caregivers for an assisted living/senior living facility in Agora Hills. We are looking for caregivers who are patient, attentive, and dedicated to providing quality care and support to elderly residents in a safe and respectful environment. Job Responsibilities * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) * Monitor and record vital signs * Assist with feeding and hydration * Change diapers and provide incontinence care * Maintain residents’ personal hygiene and grooming * Provide companionship and engage residents in daily activities * Observe and report changes in residents’ condition * Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents * Work closely with facility staff, including Med Techs and Supervisors * Follow care plans and agency/facility protocols Qualifications * Caregiving experience preferred * Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude * Ability to work as part of a team * Good communication skills * Ability to handle residents with patience and care * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus * CNA experience is a plus but not required Employment Details * Facility Setting: Assisted Living / Senior Living * Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time * Schedule: Flexible shifts available | 8Hours per shift Apply today and become part of our caring team at Alexandria Home Care LLC.
