We are a luxury MedSpa & IV Therapy clinic on Abbot Kinney seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide aesthetic and wellness treatments including Injectables, IV Therapy, Neuromodulators, Laser Skin Resurfacing, VI Peels, and Wellness Support services - including Weightloss & Peptide Therapy. Aesthetic experience is required. This is not a training position. The ideal candidate is confident with patient consultations, treatment education, and creating an exceptional client experience. This role also includes opportunities for performance-based bonus compensation tied to overall clinic profitability, operational performance, and team-based business growth metrics. _*Key Responsibilities:*_ *Administer neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.) in accordance with California nursing regulations and medical oversight protocols* * Conduct IV therapy and wellness infusions * Perform dermal filler * Perform or assist with laser and energy-based treatments * Support wellness treatment plans and peptide therapy programs under physician/medical director supervision * Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and individualized treatment planning * Educate patients on appropriate aesthetic and wellness services, skincare, and treatment options * Maintain accurate medical documentation and safety compliance * Deliver a high-end patient experience while supporting practice growth, patient satisfaction, and client retention * _*Requirements:*_ *Active California RN license in good standing* * 2+ years of experience in a medspa or aesthetic medical setting * Proven experience with injectables, IV therapy, and laser treatments * Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and patient safety * Excellent communication and patient education skills * Professional, confident, patient-centered approach * Ability to thrive in a luxury, service-oriented environment * _*Compensation & Benefits:*_ * $50+/hour * Tips where permitted by law * Performance-based bonus opportunities based on overall clinic goals. * Flexible scheduling * Employee discounts on treatments and products * Upscale, supportive work environment * *Please note: Aesthetic experience is required.
