*Job Description:* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated *Spanish-speaking Female Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)* to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a 23-year-old patient in Inglewood, CA. This role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful connection with your patient while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a supportive environment. We value both clinical excellence and genuine compassion, and we proudly welcome *new graduates as well as experienced LVNs* to apply. *Location:* Inglewood, CA *Job Type:* Full-Time / Part-Time *Patient Care Needs:* * Oral suctioning * Seizure monitoring and care * Mobility assistance (patient uses a wheelchair) *Responsibilities:* * Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care * Accurately chart and document all care using Axxess * Monitor patient condition and report any changes promptly * Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for the patient * Communicate effectively with the patient and family (Spanish required) *Requirements:* * Active California LVN license * Spanish-speaking (required) * Female caregiver (patient preference) * CPR/BLS certification * Experience with seizure care and suctioning is preferred, but not required * Strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and professionalism *Why Join Us?* We are committed to supporting our nurses just as they care for their patients.
