This is a *Full-Time role*, scheduled *Wednesday to Friday, 24 *hours, with an anticipated start date in August. *What We Offer:* * Competitive pay range: *$54–$58/hour*, depending on experience. * Comprehensive benefits package, including annual bonus potential. * Professional development and training opportunities. *Required Qualifications:* * Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. * Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred. * At least *3 years of recent experience* in ICU, ER, or other high-acuity environments. * Prior infusion experience preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate. * Active and unrestricted RN license. * Current BLS or ACLS/PALS certification (AHA preferred). *Skills & Competencies:* * Proficient in EMR systems. * Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Effective written and verbal communication. * Compassionate and collaborative team mindset. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet patients and assist them to private infusion suites. * Educate patients on infusion treatments and address concerns. * Administer IV medications, including central line access. * Monitor patient responses and document all observations in EMR. * Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized infusion environment. * Respond appropriately to urgent or emergent clinical situations. * Adhere to all OSHA and HIPAA regulations. * Provide occasional phone support as needed.
