You're a Great Fit If You: Thrive on serving others and leading with empathy Communicate clearly and professionally — both verbally and in writing Show up reliably and take ownership of your schedule Bring patience, warmth, and genuine compassion to your work Are bilingual in English and Spanish (a strong plus) What You'll Do: Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene Support meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting to the office Adhere to SYNERGY HomeCare's infection control, HIPAA, and dress code policies Report any changes in a client's physical, mental, or emotional condition promptly Clock in and out accurately using our mobile app or assigned timekeeping method Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred) Proof of current 2-step TB testing (or ability to obtain) Current CPR / First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Must be bondable and pass a national criminal background check Satisfactory professional and personal reference check Ability to complete SYNERGY HomeCare orientation and assigned online training modules Physically able to perform light to moderate exertion including standing, walking, kneeling, and assisting with client repositioning Benefits: $21.00 – $24.00/hr — competitive pay based on experience 401k and telehealth Discounted BetterHelp membership for mental health and wellness support Flexible scheduling — weekday, weekend, and varied shifts available Ongoing skill development trainings to grow your career Referral bonus — earn $150 when a referred caregiver completes 90 days Immediate start — begin working quickly once onboarded Our Mission: We are steadfast in our pursuit to become a premier home care agency, celebrated for fostering a nurturing environment that supports continuous learning and personal growth among our caregivers.
