*Overview* We are looking for caring, dependable *In-Home Caregivers* to provide personalized support to clients in their own homes. In this role, you will help improve clients’ quality of life by promoting independence, safety, and overall well-being, while offering compassionate companionship. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. * Offer reminders for medications and help monitor vital signs as needed. * Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance emotional wellness. * Maintain a safe, tidy, and comfortable living environment for clients. * Observe and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors or healthcare professionals. * Work closely with families and care teams to ensure care is tailored to each client’s needs. *Qualifications* * Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy for others. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Ability to follow care plans and work independently. * Flexibility and the ability to remain calm in changing situations. *Preferred Experience / Skills* * Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or healthcare settings. * Familiarity with daily living assistance, geriatric care, or hospice support. * Skills in monitoring vital signs, meal preparation, and medication reminders. * HCA registration, CPR certification, and TB test, or willingness to obtain them. *Benefits* * Competitive pay and flexible scheduling. * Paid training and ongoing opportunities for professional development. * Supportive, team-oriented work environment. * Career growth and advancement opportunities.
