You will work in the field at patients homes and take care of them after a hospital discharge. rates: * Start of Care (SOC) – Medicare: $120 * Recertification / Resumption / Discharge: $85 _(work submitted within 3 days of visit)_ * IV Visit: $85 _(work submitted within 3 days of visit)_ * Routine RN Visit: $55 * Mileage included after the first visit and after 30 miles This Clinical Nurse field position is part time with the opportunity to grow to full time.
