*Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate LVN to provide mobile nursing services in patients’ homes. This is a flexible independent contractor position ideal for nurses who are comfortable working autonomously and managing their own schedules. The LVN will visit patients in their homes to perform lab draws, administer subcutaneous injections, follow individualized care plans, and communicate updates to nursing management. Medications and nursing supplies will be coordinated through a partnering pharmacy and delivered directly to the patient’s home prior to the visit. This role is best suited for a nurse with strong phlebotomy skills and prior experience in home health, infusion services, injections, or mobile patient care. *Responsibilities:* * Travel to patients’ homes for scheduled nursing visits * Perform venipuncture and collect laboratory specimens * Administer subcutaneous (sub-Q) injections per physician orders and care plans * Monitor patients during and after nursing procedures as appropriate * Ensure proper handling, labeling, and transport of lab specimens to designated laboratories * Coordinate directly with patients to schedule appointments independently * Document patient visits, treatments, and communications accurately * Report patient updates, concerns, or changes in condition to nursing management * Maintain infection control, safety standards, and patient confidentiality * Collaborate with pharmacy and care coordination team as needed *Qualifications:* * Active California LVN license in good standing * Strong venipuncture/phlebotomy skills required * Experience with injections, home health, infusion therapy, or mobile nursing preferred * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required * Current CPR/BLS certification *Position Details:* * Flexible self-scheduling * Independent contractor position * Medications and nursing supplies delivered directly to patients’ homes * Supportive nursing management team available for clinical guidance * Competitive compensation based on experience and visit volume *How to Apply:* Please submit your resume and include a brief summary of your experience with home health, lab draws, injections, and independent patient care.
