Sanitas Home Health Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and Spanish-speaking LVN for a stable long-term private duty case in Torrance. This is a consistent 1:1 home care assignment with a kind and supportive family, ideal for nurses looking for steady hours and meaningful patient care. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekend shifts may also be available. Patient Overview: * Trach and ventilator dependent * G-tube care and feeding required * Patient enjoys going out and attending doctor appointments * Dog in the home — nurse must be comfortable around dogs Responsibilities: * Provide skilled nursing care in the home per physician orders and plan of care * Perform trach and G-tube care * Administer medications and monitor patient condition * Accompany patient to doctor appointments and outings as needed * Report changes in condition appropriately * Complete documentation accurately and timely * Maintain professional communication with family and office staff * Provide compassionate, patient-centered care Requirements: * Active California LVN license * BLS certification * Spanish-speaking required * Experience with trach and G-tube care preferred * Reliable transportation * Comfortable accompanying patient outside the home * Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude What We Offer: * Stable long-term case * Supportive office team * Quick onboarding process * Weekly pay * Flexible scheduling opportunities * Meet & greet with family before starting Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour Work Location: In person
