We are expanding in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles and are looking for compassionate and dependable bilingual (Korean/English) caregivers to provide companionship-level care to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. This is a great opportunity for students or anyone looking for a flexible, part-time position that can easily fit into a school or work schedule. Caregivers have the ability to set their own availability and take on additional clients if they are looking for more hours. Our respite caregivers support families by offering rest and relief to parents and guardians from the daily care of their loved ones. The care provided is non-skilled, non-medical, and tailored to each individual’s needs. *Responsibilities:* * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients * Assist individuals in their daily routines * Supervise and engage with clients through activities such as reading, board games, puzzles, drawing, or homework support * Encourage participation in enjoyable and stimulating routines * Support with light tasks such as meal prep, hygiene, or mobility as needed * Ensure the safety and overall well-being of clients at all times *Scheduling:* Current care needs are approximately 3 days per week during the late afternoon/early evening (around 4–6 PM), making it an ideal schedule for those with daytime commitments. Caregivers have flexibility to manage their own schedules and availability. Additional client opportunities may become available for those interested in increasing their hours. *Qualifications:* * Must be bilingual in Korean and English (required) * Caregiving experience * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, but not required.
