We accomplish this mission by increasing our patients’ independence, dignity, and home safety. *Job Summary:* We are seeking a Full-Time registered Nurse to work primarily in-office supporting clinical operations, patient care coordination, and compliance oversight, with occasional home visits as needed. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, organized, independent, and comfortable balancing administrative and patient facing responsibilities ( This is a Full-time position) *Responsibilities:* * Review and Audit clinician documentation for accuracy and compliance * Assist with Oasis review and correction(If Applicable) * Ensure care plans align with Physician orders * Monitor medication reconciliation and safety * Assist with training/orientation of new hires * Review competencies and skill validations * Coordinate with Physicians, clinicians, and intake * Assist with admissions planning * New hire clinical training * Patient and family communication * Care coordination * Field support as needed *Qualifications:* - Valid Registered Nursing License (minimum 2 years experience within scope of license) - Valid California Driver's License - At least one (1) year of experience in Home Health - BLS - Physical exam/TB test/Chest X-Ray - Reliable method of transportation Pay: From $50.00-$60.00 per hour Work Location: In-Office - Woodland Hills, CA. Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm On the road on as needed basis within Los Angeles Region.
