Position Summary: As a Caregiver, you will deliver care and supervision to our residents, assisting with their needs to ensure comfort and safety. Caregiver Responsibilities: * Provide care and supervision to residents. * Ensure resident safety and well-being. *Adhere to community policies and procedures.* * Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. * Maintain a clean and orderly environment, performing general housekeeping tasks. * Be trained and ready to implement emergency protocols. Physical Requirements: * Push residents in wheelchairs continuously. * Engage in continuous walking, bending, and movement. * Reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds. Qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years old. * High school diploma or GED. * Authorization to work in the U.S. * Strong English skills in reading, writing, and speaking. * First-Aid, CPR, and/or BLS certification. * Successful completion of Live Scan fingerprint clearance through FBI and DOJ. * Verification of a general physical exam and TB test. * At least 1 year of elder care or health care experience preferred. * Willingness to work varied hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
