Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: May 27, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an LVN/LPN for a Primary Care setting in the Claremont, CA area, requiring an active California LVN license and a minimum of 1 year of Lead LVN experience in Primary Care. Details Outpatient primary care clinic setting Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) No weekend, on-call, or holiday coverage required EHR experience is preferred Requirements Active California LVN license required (license required if applicable) High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of Lead LVN experience in a Primary Care setting Current BLS certification required IV Therapy certification required Phlebotomy certification required Must reside within 30 miles of Claremont, CA 91711 Additional Information Supports practitioners in delivering patient care and managing patient flow, including medication administration and clinical duties aligned with Medical Assistant responsibilities Responsible for patient education and medication inventory management Trains clinical staff on facility policies and procedures and manages daily Back Office staff schedules Strict dress code policy is enforced: facial hair, acrylic nails, and unnatural hair color are not permitted; tattoos must be covered; visible body piercings beyond standard earrings are not allowed; earrings must not extend beyond the earlobe and hoop earrings are not permitted 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration All time-off or scheduling requests must be disclosed at time of submission
