*Job Title*: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full Time/Part Time *Location:* Thousand Oaks/Ventura County *Job Type*: Full Time or Part Time (Must be available to work Saturday Shift) *Position Summary:* We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in the Thousand Oaks facility. The LVN will provide direct patient care, support clinical staff, and ensure high-quality service in a professional healtcare facility. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, patient focused, and commited to maintaining a safe and supportive environment. *Key Responsibilities:* · Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans and physician instructions · Monitor Patient health, including vital signs, symptons and overall condition · Administer medications and treatments as prescribed · Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and comfort · Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care · Collaborate with physicians, RNs and other healthcare staff to coordinate care · Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies · Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards *Qualifications:* · Active California LVN license in good standing · Current CPR/BLS certification · Previous experience in a healthcare facility (but not required) · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor *Schedule Requirements* · Full Time or Part Time – 8 hour shifts daily · Must be able to work Saturdays *Compensation & Benefits* · Competitive pay based on experience · Full Time employment eligible for company benefits · Supportive work environment · Ongoing Training and professional development opportunities Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: In person
