Job Description
Hera Home Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and reliable HHA to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals with their daily living needs. *Responsibilities*: · Enable clients to stay in their home by monitoring and recording patient condition to Case Manager · Assist with activities of living such as bathing, dressing, grooming · Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation · Medication reminders · Maintain a safe and secure environment for the client .Follow the established plan of care Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: * Opportunities for advancement Medical Specialty: * Home Health License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) * CHHA (Required) Willingness to travel: * 100% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
