*Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their homes. This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a key part in enhancing the quality of life for clients by offering attentive, respectful, and professional care tailored to each person's unique needs. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on making a positive difference in others’ lives through hands-on support and compassionate service. *Responsibilities* * Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning in accordance with dietary restrictions or preferences * Support clients with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts to ensure safety during transfers * Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment * Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation for residents *Requirements* * Prior experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes is highly preferred * Knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, and hospice care * Home Care Aide Certification * Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks necessary for patient transfers and mobility assistance * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals * Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful and personalized care in a home environment Join our team to make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate caregiving that empowers individuals to live comfortably and confidently at home.
