The Role: In this role, you will provide in-home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). You will follow individualized client care plans and provide periodic progress updates to the care team. Services may include: personal care (bathing/showering & toileting assistance), meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping. *Services provided are non-medical* What You Bring to the Table: Great communication skills Problem solving skills Reliability and punctuality Ability to travel to different cities highly desired Two references – at least one reference must be able to confirm disability-related experience Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid Certification(s) – reimbursement available!
