This position requires a strong commitment to patient service and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics. *Responsibilities* * Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. * Provide catheter care and maintain hygiene standards for patients. * Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff. * Support patients during mobility tasks, including lifting and transferring as needed. * Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols. * Utilize electronic health record systems like PCC for documentation of patient information. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Engage with patients and their families to provide emotional support and education about care plans. *Requirements* * Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting. * Strong knowledge of patient care principles, including catheter care and basic medical procedures. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. * Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient service. * Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility tasks. * Current certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
