Overview Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Travel) in Los Angeles, California. This travel assignment is in a Home Healthcare - Hospice setting, starting May 11, 2026 for 13 weeks. Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,014 – $2,152 per week - Contract length: 13 weeks - Shift: 3x12-hour nights - Start date: May 11, 2026 - Setting: Home Healthcare - Hospice (travel assignment) - Location: Los Angeles, California Responsibilities - Provide direct perioperative nursing care in the operating room, including patient preparation and positioning. - Maintain a sterile field and assist the surgical team with instruments and supplies during procedures. - Monitor patient status intraoperatively, document events, and communicate changes to the surgical team. - Support anesthesia providers as needed and ensure proper functioning of monitoring equipment. - Uphold safety, infection control, and fire/life safety standards throughout the intraoperative period. - Complete accurate postoperative handoff documentation and collaborate with the postoperative care team.
