*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Female Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need of assistance. This role involves working 6 to 8 hours daily, 5 to 7 days a week, ensuring the well-being, safety, and comfort of those under your care. You will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, monitoring health status, and creating a nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, this opportunity is perfect for you! *Responsibilities* * Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe for any changes in health or behavior * Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations * Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary * Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices to ensure safe transfers and mobility * Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient progress, and any incidents or concerns * Support clients with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing memory care strategies and engaging activities * Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and update personalized care plans * Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive living environment *Qualifications* * Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes is highly preferred * Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are advantageous * Knowledge of medication administration, patient monitoring, and vital signs measurement * Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or Alzheimer’s is desirable * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and use assistive devices like Hoyer lifts when necessary * Strong observational skills for patient safety and health status updates * Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills * Flexibility to work 6–8 hours per shift across multiple days each week Join us in providing compassionate care that truly makes a difference!
