Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: May 18, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Care Coordinator/Case Management position in an acute care setting, requiring prior CA Dignity/CommonSpirit experience and an active CA RN license. Details Acute care hospital setting, Care Coordinator unit (Case Management) 8-hour day shifts with every other weekend (EOW) required 13-week contract assignment First to float policy applies Cerner EMR used in this position Requirements Active CA RN license required; must be active — pending licenses not accepted Current BLS and LA City Fire & Safety certifications required; pending certifications not accepted Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Solid Care Coordination experience required Prior CA Dignity Health or CommonSpirit experience is required — candidates without this background will not be considered A driver's license must be provided for consideration Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Additional Information Candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year; candidates placed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered Local candidates are accepted for this position Orientation is 12 hours
