*Registered Nurse RN - Clinical Coordination and Care Team Oversight* HouseCall MD Full Time | Office Based | Day Shift *Overview* HouseCall MD is a physician-led mobile medical group providing care to assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and high-risk patients. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse RN to join our team in a collaborative, patient-centered role focused on clinical coordination, customer service, and care team support. This position is primarily office-based and works closely with providers, patient coordinators, case managers, and operations leadership to ensure patients, families, and facilities receive timely, thoughtful, and well-coordinated care.
