We are looking compassionate, experienced Caregivers, CNAs, or Senior Companions for clients in the Los Angeles Area. This is our agency's goal.* As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being at home. This position requires a commitment to delivering personalized care while respecting the dignity and privacy of those you serve. *Duties* * Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. * Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. * Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. * Support clients with mobility assistance, including lifting when necessary. * Medications reminder and monitor health conditions. * Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. *Skills* * Experience in patient care, or senior care is highly desirable. * Knowledge of home community care practices and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. * Ability to perform light cleaning duties as part of maintaining a safe environment. * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. * Compassionate nature combined with patience and understanding. * Ability to lift clients safely when needed, adhering to proper lifting techniques. * Familiarity with meal preparation that meets nutritional needs.
