This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. *Duties* * Assess and monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatments. * Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of all treatments. * Conduct physical examinations to evaluate patients' overall health status. * Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding dialysis procedures and care plans. * Collaborate with healthcare providers for effective case management and patient care coordination. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Engage in behavioral health assessments to address any psychological aspects of patient care. * Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in dialysis nursing. *Experience* Candidates should possess the following skills: * Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and understanding their implications for patient care. * Experience with infant care is a plus, enhancing the ability to cater to diverse patient populations. * Strong skills in IV insertion and medication administration are essential for this role. * Familiarity with physical examinations, behavioral health assessments, ophthalmology procedures, and medical office operations will be beneficial. * Previous experience in case management is advantageous for effective patient advocacy and support.
