We embrace diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and walks of life._ _Job Title: Director of Staffing Development_ _Salary: $40.00- $45.00 _ _Benefits:_ _· Medical, dental, vision_ _· 401K (Match)_ _· Leadership development and executive career advancement opportunities_ _· Child Care Benefit Program_ _· Scholarship Opportunities_ _Duties:_ _· Plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility_ _· Assists the Assistant Director of Nursing Services in managing and directing the Nursing Services Department._ _· Incorporate commercially produced instruction material and training aids into existing in-service programs as deemed necessary_ _· Provide leadership in formulating the goals and objectives of the in-service educational programs of this facility_ _· Provide a quality in-service educational programs in accordance with established policies and procedures_ _· Secure, develop and maintain records, reports, instructional manuals, reference materials, etc., pertinent to in-service educational programs_ _Requirements:_ _· RN or LVN/ LPN license is required_ _· Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare setting, incl_uding leadership or supervisory roles.
