Job Title: LVN / LPN – Outpatient Clinic Location: Playa Vista, CA Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Monday – Friday (5x8-hour shifts) Shift: Day Shift (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) Charting System: Epic Position Summary The LVN/LPN will provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, supporting clinical operations and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves assisting with procedures, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Monitor vital signs and perform patient assessments Administer medications (IM, SQ, oral) and vaccines Perform phlebotomy and initiate/maintain IVs Conduct EKG/ECG procedures Provide wound care and assist with wound vac management Perform blood glucose testing and specimen collection Assist with oxygen therapy (nasal cannula, masks) Conduct telephone triage and provide patient education Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic Qualifications Minimum 1 year of LVN/LPN experience Active California LVN/LPN license (required) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Experience in an outpatient or clinic setting preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
