Superior Home Health Care Services, Inc. is currently looking for experienced, friendly, and reliable *Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) *who are interested in doing home health nursing visits. Nurses will be paid per visit. *We are currently hiring for visiting nurse positions in West Covina and neighboring areas* Salary $35 - 45 an hour (rates may vary based on experience) Job Type Full-time Part-time Per diem *Job Requirements:* * At least one year of home health experience preferred and/or at least one year acute/subacute, or hospital experience * Current resume * Current CPR Card, TB, annual physical * Driver's License or State ID * Current CA state license according to health professionals and in good standing * Bilingual a plus + but not a requirement * Ability to use computerized charting * Proof of authorization to work, if applicable *Responsibilities (LVN):* * Provide skilled nursing in the home as ordered on the plan of care * Evaluates the significance of the assessment findings and communicates any pertinent information about the patient's clinical status and ongoing needs to others in a timely fashion * Communicates plans and changes to the physician and to the clinical care team * Complete progress notes in a timely manner *License: *Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) *Location: *West Covina, Upland, Ontario, San Dimas *Benefits* * Mileage reimbursement * Flexible schedule Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Referral program Work Location: On the road
