Join us and be part of a supportive team where your work truly matters *Locations:* * Santa Clarita and nearby areas *Responsibilities:* * Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. * Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. * Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. *Qualifications:* * Current LVN license in California. * CPR/BLS certification * Ability to build rapport with patients. * Compassionate and caring demeanor * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. * Experience working with behavioral patients is considered an asset.
