Caregiver Recruiter - Home Health Location: On-site Pay Range: $26.00-$30.00 PER HR Reporting To: HR Manager About The Role: We are looking for a Caregiver Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of caregivers for our growing home health team. This role is key to ensuring we have reliable, compassionate caregivers ready to meet patient needs. What You’ll Do: Recruit and hire caregivers (HHAs, PCAs, etc.) in a high-volume environment Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-work caregivers Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach Conduct phone and in-person interviews Make offers and support onboarding Partner with managers to meet urgent staffing needs Track candidates and activity in ATS What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of recruiting experience (caregiver/home health preferred) Experience with high-volume hiring Strong sourcing and outreach skills Comfortable making high-volume calls Excellent communication and organization Bilingual Spanish preferred Why Join Us?: Competitive hourly pay Stable, growing healthcare organization Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel and use of hands and fingers to operate computer, telephone, and keyboard on a frequent basis.
