Get Well Home Health, Inc is looking for RNs, LVNs, and HHAs to join the team. We are a growing company situated in Santa Clarita Valley. JOB DESCRIPTION: * Administer medication to patients. * Create reports to track the patients' progress. * Work with other professionals to create treatment plans. * Clean and re-dress wounds if needed. * Measure vital signs. * Monitor changes in behavior and progress. QUALIFICATION: - Possess a strong initiative to keep the agency in compliance - Well organized and self motivated - Self-starter and able to work independently under the supervision of the Director of Nursing - Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills - Excellent computer skills REQUIREMENTS: - Valid CA RN, LVN, or HHA license required - Valid CA driver's license Job Types: Part-time, Per diem Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
