Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable caregiver to support a young adult with autism in Encino, CA. *Schedule:* * Weekdays: 3 days per week, 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM * Weekends: Flexible availability for approximately 5 hours *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), particularly with OCD-related behaviors * Skilled in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviors * Engaging, patient, and proactive in building positive interactions * Reliable and consistent *Additional Preferences:* * Male caregiver preferred * Younger in age to help foster a friendly, “buddy-style” relationship * Must have a reliable, well-functioning vehicle for community outings If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference and enjoy working in a supportive, active environment, we would love to hear from you.
