Company: Providence at Home with Compassus Position Summary: As a Home Health, your focus will be on helping patients with daily activities and providing personal care. AI-supported tools allow you to document key patient details efficiently, giving you more time to deliver compassionate, hands-on care. Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor basic health needs. Leverage documentation tools to track care provided and report patient conditions. Build trust with patients by maintaining focus on their needs. Education and/or Experience CA: Preferred - 1 year Experience as a Home Health Aide Required within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed) Required within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
