*Overview* We are seeking a compassionate and experienced *Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Charge Nurse* to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The LVN Charge Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care, supervising CNA staff, and ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. Your energy, dedication, and clinical proficiency will drive positive outcomes and elevate the standard of care we provide. *Responsibilities* * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians * Supervise and delegate duties to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) * Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes * Complete accurate and timely documentation (EMR) * Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings * Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations * Provide excellent patient care in a compassionate and professional manner *Experience* * Current *California LVN license* in good standing * Minimum *1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility* preferred * Charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred * Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and documentation * Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively * Current CPR/BLS certification *Work Schedule* * 8-hour shifts * Day, Evening, and NOC shifts available * Weekend availability Pay: $37.00 - $39.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan Work Location: In person
