RCFE Caregiver

Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver, we are seeking several highly motivated caregivers for board and care homes throughout San Diego County, Orange County, San Bernardino, and LA County. Candidates must be experienced in direct personal care with an emphasis on protecting residents’ dignity and person-centered care. *Requirements* * Prior experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly valued * Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, and behavior management techniques * Ability to perform first aid and respond effectively in emergency situations * Familiarity with medication administration protocols and vital signs monitoring * Strong communication skills to interact empathetically with residents and team members * Certification or training in personal care home operations or group home environments is a plus * Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed *Qualifications:* * Candidate is 18 years old or older * Pleasant and professional demeanor that supports the facility philosophy and supports excellent customer service. * Knowledge of basic food service and safe handling of food and cooking techniques * Knowledge of proper handling of biohazards and proper universal precautions * Proven experience working with elderly or disabled individuals; RCFE environment preferred Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
