*About Us* Luxe Serenity is a boutique post-surgical recovery and concierge aftercare service serving Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles. Our clients are discerning patients recovering from elective surgical procedures who expect white-glove care in a calm, private, hospitality-forward environment. *The Role* We're looking for a warm, attentive LVN who genuinely loves caring for people. This is not a high-volume, task-driven role. It's intimate, personalized care where your presence, clinical judgment, and bedside manner matter as much as your technical skills. *What You'll Do* * Provide hands-on post-operative care including vitals, medication administration (as ordered), wound care, and recovery monitoring * Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN or physician * Assist with ambulation, positioning, compression garments, and all other directed instructions. * Support recovery with comfort measures (hydration, light mobility, environment optimization) * Anticipate patient needs before they're expressed * Communicate clearly and gently with patients and family members * Maintain a calm, clean, and peaceful recovery environment throughout the shift * Collaborate closely with the supervising RN and care team *What We're Looking For* * Active California LVN license (required) * Minimum 2 years of experience in post-surgical, private duty, or concierge care *(required)* // Specifically experienced in plastic surgery. * Active Nurses/Nursing Support Organization (NSO) professional liability insurance policy *(required)* * Strong clinical awareness with attention to detail * Hospitality mindset: you treat every patient like a guest * Gentle demeanor, strong emotional intelligence, unhurried presence * Reliable, professional, and discreet *Schedule and Compensation* * 12-hour shifts, Part time (2 days a week) Part-time to start, with strong potential to transition to full-time as the business ramps up and the fit proves right on both sides * *Day and night shifts available* * *$45/hour* * *W-2 position*If you believe exceptional care is an art form, we'd love to meet you.
