Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient health and vital signs regularly. Provide education and support to families regarding care plans and health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Assist in developing individualized care plans for pediatric patients. Respond to medical emergencies swiftly and effectively. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children and families. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for pediatric care. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
