Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals while enjoying a supportive and energetic work atmosphere. *Responsibilities* * Administer IV infusions and injections with precision, adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. * Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physiological evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. * Educate clients on IV therapy options, benefits, potential risks, and post-treatment care to promote informed decision-making. * Maintain accurate medical documentation of treatments provided, including medication administration records and patient notes within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. * Monitor clients throughout the infusion process for adverse reactions or complications, responding swiftly with critical care skills when necessary. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all client information. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for complex cases involving pain management, infectious disease care, or specialized therapies like botulinum toxin treatment or esthetic laser procedures. *Qualifications* * Valid RN license in good standing with current state licensure. * Proven experience in IV infusion administration and venipuncture techniques. * Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, patient assessment, and vital signs monitoring. * Experience working in medical office settings or outpatient clinics preferred; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and post-care instructions. * Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort.
