Flexible Scheduling Available in Surrounding Service Areas: Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach ,Redondo Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills Estates, Hawthorne, San Pedro Your Daily Work: Provide 1:1 behavioral support using simple ABA strategies. Support clients with daily living skills: meals, hygiene, routines. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support. Participate in community outings and activities. Help with transportation when needed. Write short care notes + communicate updates with the team. Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed. Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs. Who Thrives in This Role: Lives in or near Coastal Los Angeles. Has 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs or developmental disabilities. Has 1+ year of caregiving experience (Caregiver, DSP, Home Health Aide, or Behavior Technician). Values routine, reliability, and being someone families can count on. BHT/RBT experience is a plus, but not required. Holds CPR/First Aid certification, or is willing to get certified. Comfortable providing hands‑on personal care. Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
