Case Manager for a Personal Injury Law Office

_A Personal injury Law office based in Sherman Oaks, looking for a PI case manager to work from our Sherman Oaks office. Full-time._ Low stress environment Duties/Responsibilities: * Handle personal injury case load from intake to pre-settlement * Communicate directly with medical providers to understand best treatment options for each case * Communicate with clients, manage concerns and expectations * Organize case files, monitor case statuses, and provide periodic updated to the supervising attorney * File and organize documents in electronic formats * Schedule and track doctor appointments, collect final bills and records from providers * Communicate with providers and insurance carriers * Obtaining policy limits on the vast majority of cases handled Required Qualifications: * Must have at least 1-2 years of PI Case Management experience * Bilingual - Spanish, Russian or Hebrew speaking, is a plus * Ability to proficiently read imaging, medical reports, etc. and determine effective treatment plans for clients * Experience with electronic case management systems systems * Able to multi-task and problem solve * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Planning, organization, and time management skills are essential * Self-starter who can succeed with limited supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Free parking * Health insurance * Life insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * PI Case management or Legal Assistant: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
