CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) – In-Home Care -Flexible Schedule

Job Description

*Job Overview* We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care for a patient recovering from a recent hospitalization following a stroke. The patient has left-side weakness and requires assistance with mobility and daily living activities. This is a private home care position. We are hiring for multiple shifts, including daytime, overnight, and weekend coverage, to ensure consistent support. *Responsibilities* * Assist patient with getting in and out of bed * Support with walking, standing, and general mobility * Help with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene * Assist with toileting and bathroom needs * Support with feeding and meal assistance as needed * Help with dressing and changing when necessary * Provide general supervision and ensure patient safety at all times * Communicate updates or concerns to family as needed *Patient Condition* * Post-stroke with left-side weakness * No ventilator, IV, or complex medical equipment required * Physical therapy services are already in place *Qualifications* * Active CNA certification (required) * Prior experience with stroke recovery or mobility assistance preferred * Patient, dependable, and compassionate * Ability to assist with lifting and mobility support * Strong communication skills *Schedule* * *Shifts Available:* * 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM * 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM *Additional Information* * Safe and respectful home environment * Consistent hours available * Opportunity for long-term placement Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
