*Overview* Southland Medical Dialysis, Inc. provides Acute Dialysis Services throughout Southern California. We are seeking *Registered Nurses with Acute Hemodialysis experience.* Hiring RNs for hospitals located near *Downtown LA, San Fernando Valley, South Bay, and East LA*. *Pay is per case, not per hour.* Pay scale is based on years of experience. *W-4 positions only, not 1099 contracts.* Knowledge of *Fresenius 2008K machines *is required. *Qualifications* * At least 1 year of Acute Hemodialysis experience * Current RN license for California * Active BLS certification * Active ACLS certification * Immunization and/or titers for: Hepatitis B, MMRV * Immunization for: TDAP, Flu, Covid (declination form is available upon request) * TB screening (ex: PPD Test, Quantiferon, Negative Chest X-Ray) * Drug Screen (at least 8 panel; most recent) * Physical Exam (most recent) * Fire card, required by some hospitals * MAB certificate, required by some hospitals *Responsibilities* * Administer dialysis treatments, adhering to established protocols and techniques. * Set up dialysis machines, supply, and equipment, in patient rooms, and initiate dialysis. * Monitor patient vital signs and laboratory results. * Complete documentation in EHR systems or paperwork. * Clean dialysis machines after treatment (bleach, vinegar, heat, etc). * Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols. *Additional Information* Peritoneal dialysis experience is a plus.
