_*Are you a Registered Nurse with experience in long-term care or chronic illness management?*_ _D&S Diversified Technologies - Headmaster LLP is a testing company for nurse aides in your state. We are actively recruiting RNs to serve as Test Observers for the skills portion of the nurse aide exam. This position offers a rewarding, flexible self-scheduled environment without the physical demands of traditional clinical work._ _*What does an RN Test Observer do?*_ _Observers work in four-hour blocks to evaluate eight students. The process is fully computerized; you simply verify whether a candidate correctly performs the steps for pre-selected skills._ _*Compensation and Impact:*_ _Pay is based on the number of tests you administer. The base rate is approximately $33 per skills test, with each test typically completed in 30 minutes or less.
