*Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) *is looking to hire _full-time and per diem,_ *Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)* to provide services for our outpatient programs in *Los Angeles.* The LVN is a part of a multidisciplinary team who works with adults in mental health services in a manner that consist with Rehabilitation and Recovery principles. The LVN works with providers and outside community agencies providing care to meet the physical and psychological needs of clients in both in person and/or in field obligations depending on the program needs and requirements. The LVN is responsible for providing services such as coordination of care, health education and promotion, medication and pill boxes, injections, and medication education. Other duties include crisis intervention and case management, performing comprehensive screening and assessment, and linkage. *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* * Current CA LVN, LPT, license in good standing. * Prior clinical practice and psychiatric care * Strong interest in serving vulnerable populations of struggling with mental illness, SUD disorders, chronic health conditions, homelessness, trauma, and justice involvement * Experience with case management is highly desired * Strong knowledge of community resources. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently, within a team, and shows mature sound judgment * Knowledge of psychiatric medication and patient education * Experience with clinical documentation in electronic health record platforms *REQUIREMENTS:* * Current California Licensed LVN, LPT by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians * Current CPR/ first aid certification required * Valid CA driving license Commensurate with experience.
